bobo88 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before crediting bonuses or processing large deposits. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

E-wallet deposits are generally instant. Deposits submitted outside Banking Day hours may be credited on the next available Banking Day.
Please Note: Always use the exact transfer reference number or virtual account number provided at the time of your deposit request. Transfers made without the correct reference may experience delays of up to 24 hours while our finance team manually matches the transaction.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. bobo88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. bobo88 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit on verified Accounts, although very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at our discretion.

8.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding once the Platform has issued a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference number. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of a bet slip prior to submission do not constitute a binding bet.
